People Function is a New York City based HR consulting company.
I joined the team as their content creator and social media manager in February 2024.

WINS

• Grew the Instagram account from 40 (yes 40) to 37K.

• Developed the company voice and tone.

• Literally started their TikTok account for them and grew it from ZERO to 34K.

• Within the first month we had 3 videos with over 1 million views.

• I helped them start their newsletter.

• We work on brand partnerships with companies like Beehiiv, Leapsome, and more.
